Practice:
I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Westwood, NJ (Bergen County) and an associate with Bi-State DBT. My approach integrates traditional cognitive behavioral therapy with mind-body strategies to help you overcome obstacles that prevent you from reaching your potential and experiencing your life more fully. Intensively trained in DBT, I have additional training in trauma-related disorders, relational therapies, interpersonal neurobiology, and family therapy.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties with relationships, depression, and anxiety, as well as problems with anger, self-destructive behavior, overeating, addictions and vocational issues. I also work with families of children with emotional and behavioral challenges.

Therapy provides a safe and nonjudgmental place to explore feelings and events that disrupt our sense of safety and wellness. I look forward to working with you to develop alternative ways of coping and experiencing life more fully.
